Kweli hosted its First Annual Writers Conference on July 11, 2012 at La Casa Azul Bookstore in El Barrio, NY. A panel of top editors and agents shared their insights on ways aspiring writers could capture their full attention from the ground floor up. Each of the editors and agents in attendance had an expressed interest in new voices and unique perspectives.
